It buys yes when BTC’s 15-minute change exceeds 0.5%, or buys no when it falls below -0.5%, only if the price is between $0.10 and $0.82 and there is no current position. Each entry is 6 contracts, with a 10-contract cap, and it exits all positions when under 2 minutes remain, or when unrealized PnL reaches -$1 or $8.
