When flat and price is between 0.10 and 0.82, it buys yes if Coinbase BTC-USD 15-minute change exceeds 0.5%, or buys no if below -0.5%, with 6 contracts per entry. It cancels orders within 2 minutes of expiry and sells all on unrealized PnL of -1 or +8; maximum position is 10 contracts.
