This strategy trades Kalshi's 15-minute Bitcoin market and checks every 10 seconds. It buys yes if Bitcoin's 15-minute change is above 0.5%, or no if below -0.5%, only when flat and price is between 0.10 and 0.82, entering 6 contracts up to a 10-contract cap. It cancels orders with under 2 minutes left and sells everything if the position's unrealized loss reaches 1 or gain reaches 8.
