This strategy trades Kalshi's KXBTC15M series, selecting the most liquid market, and re-evaluates every 30 seconds using rules checked top to bottom, where the first matching rule fires and ends that tick. Rule 1 sells all holdings when unrealized profit/loss is at or below negative 25. Rule 2 buys 50 YES contracts only when there is no position, no working order, fewer than 3 portfolio positions, time to expiry is between 120 and 300 seconds, the YES best ask is between 0.35 and 0.8, the spread is at most 0.03, Bitcoin's 5-minute change is at least 0.0005, Bitcoin's 1-minute velocity is above 0, and Ethereum's 5-minute change is at least negative 0.0005. Rule 3 mirrors this for NO contracts, requiring the NO best ask between 0.35 and 0.8, Bitcoin's 5-minute change at or below negative 0.0005, Bitcoin's 1-minute velocity below 0, and Ethereum's 5-minute change at or below 0.0005. Position size is capped at 50 contracts, entries are limited to 1 per market, spend is capped at 50 dollars per market, and the price range is bounded at 0.37 to 0.62; these limits apply per fill.
