This strategy trades 15-minute Bitcoin markets on Kalshi and re-checks conditions every 10 seconds. It holds at most 100 contracts and only trades when the YES price sits between 0.35 and 0.65. Each tick, four rules are checked in order, and the first one that matches fires and ends that tick. Rule 1 sells everything if less than 5 seconds remain before expiry. Rule 2 sells everything if unrealized loss reaches 4.5 or more. Rule 3 buys 10 YES contracts when 5 minutes or less remain, price is within 0.35 to 0.65, and Bitcoin's 5-minute change and 1-minute velocity are both positive. Rule 4 buys 10 NO contracts when the same time and price conditions hold but Bitcoin's 5-minute change and 1-minute velocity are both negative.
