This strategy trades Kalshi's BTC 15-minute market (series KXBTC15M), checking conditions every 10 seconds. It uses a Coinbase BTC-USD feed refreshed every 10 seconds for two signals: the 5-minute price change and the 1-minute velocity. Rules run top-to-bottom, and the first one that matches fires and ends that tick. Rule 1 sells the entire position when time to expiry drops below 5 seconds. Rule 2 also sells everything when unrealized loss reaches 4.5 or more. Rule 3 buys 5 YES contracts when time to expiry is 5 minutes or less, price is between 0.45 and 0.55, the 5-minute change is positive, and velocity is positive. Rule 4 buys 5 NO contracts when time to expiry is 5 minutes or less, price is between 0.45 and 0.55, the 5-minute change is negative, and velocity is negative. Position size is capped at 100 contracts, with an allowed YES price range of 0.45 to 0.59.
