This Kalshi strategy trades the KXBTC15M market, evaluating every 10 seconds using Coinbase BTC-USD 5-minute change data. When flat, it buys yes if that change exceeds 0.00075, price is 0.25–0.75, spread is at most 0.03, and more than 20 minutes remain; it buys no if change is below -0.00075 under the same filters. It sells the position when change returns near zero, cancels unfilled orders with 20 minutes or less remaining, and holds at most 1 contract.
