On Kalshi's BTC 15-minute market, this strategy checks every 10 seconds and can hold up to 60 contracts. It buys 30 YES contracts when no position exists, expiry is within 5 minutes, price is 0.4 to 0.6, spread is 0.015 or less, and four Bitcoin signals (5-minute change, 1-minute velocity, price versus 1-hour VWAP, and 12-period EMA versus 20-period SMA) all point up; it buys 30 NO contracts when those same signals all point down. It sells everything once a position of at least 21 contracts gains more than 8 or loses more than 15, within set price bands.
