This strategy trades Kalshi's BTC 15-minute markets, checking conditions every 10 seconds with a maximum position of 60 contracts. It exits any position of 21 or more contracts if unrealized profit exceeds 8 or losses fall below -15, and it enters only from a flat position, buying 30 YES contracts when BTC price sits above both its one-hour VWAP and 12-period EMA with positive short-term change and velocity, or 30 NO contracts under the opposite conditions. Entries require expiry within 5 minutes, a price between 0.35 and 0.65, and a spread of 0.015 or less.
