On Kalshi's BTC 15-minute market it checks every 10 seconds, capped at 60 contracts. It exits all when holding 21 or more with unrealized gain above 8 (price 0.1 to 0.9) or loss below -15 (price 0.15 to 0.85). With no position, five minutes or less to expiry, a BTC five-minute move beyond 0.0015 in either direction with matching one-minute velocity, price 0.2 to 0.8, and spread at most 0.015, it buys 30 yes or no.
