The strategy trades the KXBTC hourly market on Kalshi, evaluating every 60 seconds. While it has no position, it posts one-contract limit buy orders for both 'yes' and 'no' at the best bid when the spread is at least 0.06, price is between 20 and 80 cents, and over 20 minutes remain. It cancels all resting orders and liquidates completely if the spread tightens, time runs short, price moves to extremes, or unrealized loss reaches $5; the maximum contracts held is 2.
