On Kalshi's BTC 15-minute market, this strategy checks every 10 seconds, entering only in the final 60 to 180 seconds before expiry when the spread is 0.02 or tighter. It buys 40 contracts of YES if Bitcoin rose over both 5 and 15 minutes and the YES ask sits between 0.80 and 0.95, buys 40 of NO on the mirror-image decline with the NO ask in that range, and cancels all resting orders once expiry passes. Position size is capped at 200 contracts, one entry per market.
