On Kalshi's KXBTC15M series, this strategy checks every 10 seconds and buys 40 contracts of YES when, with 60 to 180 seconds left, the spread is at most 0.02, Bitcoin rose at least 0.08% over 5 minutes and 0.15% over 15 minutes, and the YES ask sits between 0.80 and 0.95. It buys 40 NO contracts under the mirror conditions (Bitcoin falling by those amounts and the NO ask between 0.80 and 0.95). Otherwise it cancels all resting orders, and at most one entry per market is allowed, with a 200-contract position limit.
