On Kalshi's KXBTC15M market, this strategy checks conditions every 10 seconds and holds at most 31 contracts. It buys 31 YES contracts when there is no open position, expiry is within 90 seconds, the spread is at most 0.05, the YES ask is between 0.55 and 0.95, and Bitcoin's 15-minute change is above 0.5, or buys 31 NO contracts under the same time, spread, and ask conditions when that change is below -0.5. It sells the entire position once the YES or NO best bid falls to 0.45 or below, or rises to 0.85 or above.
