On Kalshi's KXBTC15M series (most liquid market), this strategy evaluates every 30 seconds and applies three rules in order, stopping at the first match. Rule 1 sells all holdings when unrealized loss is at or below -25. Rule 2 buys 10 YES contracts only when there is no position or open order, fewer than 3 portfolio positions, 2 to 5 minutes to expiry, YES ask between 0.35 and 0.80, spread at or under 0.03, BTC up at least 0.05% over 5 minutes and 0.1% over 1 hour but down at least 0.2% over 4 hours. Rule 3 mirrors this for 10 NO contracts when the 5-minute and 1-hour moves are negative by those same amounts and the 4-hour move is up at least 0.2%. Position limit is 50 contracts, prices bounded 0.36 to 0.82, one entry per market, $50 notional cap per market that is not released by later sells, and a $25 max loss that liquidates only this strategy's Kalshi inventory.
