On Kalshi's most liquid KXBTC15M market, the strategy evaluates every 30 seconds and applies rules top-to-bottom, stopping at the first match. Rule 1 sells all holdings when unrealized P&L is at or below -25. Otherwise, with no position and no open orders, fewer than 3 portfolio positions, 2 to 5 minutes to expiry, spread at or below 0.03, and Coinbase BTC moves of at least +0.0005 over 5 minutes and +0.001 over 1 hour but at most -0.002 over 4 hours, Rule 2 buys 10 YES at an ask between 0.35 and 0.8. The mirrored down-move case (5m at most -0.0005, 1h at most -0.001, 4h at least +0.002) buys 10 NO under the same conditions on the NO ask. Limits: 50 contracts, 3 positions, 0.09-0.55 price bounds, one entry per market, $50 notional per market, and a $25 loss halt that liquidates only this strategy's Kalshi inventory.
