This Kalshi strategy trades the most liquid KXBTC15M market series and re-evaluates every 30 seconds, using Coinbase BTC-USD price changes over 5 minutes, 1 hour, and 4 hours (refreshed every 30 seconds) as its edge signal. Rules run top to bottom and the first match ends the tick. Rule 1 sells all when unrealized P&L is at or below -25. Rule 2 buys 10 YES contracts only when position size and order count are zero, fewer than three portfolio positions are open, expiry is between 2 and 5 minutes away, the YES best ask is between 0.35 and 0.80, spread is at most 0.03, 5-minute change is at least 0.0005, 1-hour change at least 0.001, and 4-hour change at most -0.002. Rule 3 mirrors this for 10 NO contracts, requiring the NO best ask in the same 0.35–0.80 range and spread at most 0.03, with 5-minute change at most -0.0005, 1-hour change at most -0.001, and 4-hour change at least 0.002. Position size is capped at 50 contracts with prices bounded 0.32 to 0.82, max three portfolio positions, one entry per market, and $50 notional per market.
