On Kalshi's KXBTC15M series, this strategy checks every 30 seconds, using Coinbase BTC-USD price and its 26-period 15-minute EMA. Rules run top to bottom and the first match ends that tick. Rule 1 sells the YES position when YES size is above zero and spot sits below strike. Rule 2 sells the NO position when NO size is above zero and spot sits above strike. Rule 3 buys 50 YES when price and EMA are both above zero, position size is zero, spot and EMA are each at least 25 above strike, the YES ask is between 0.45 and 0.65, fewer than 3 portfolio positions are open, no working orders exist, spread is at most 0.03, and expiry is 2 to 5 minutes away. Rule 4 mirrors this for 50 NO when spot and EMA are each at least 25 below strike and the NO ask is 0.45 to 0.65. Entries are immediate-or-cancel, capped at one entry per market and 50 contracts, with price bounds of 0.54 to 0.56.
