On Kalshi's KXBTC15M series, this strategy checks every 30 seconds and holds at most 50 contracts, with YES prices bounded between 0.53 and 0.57. It evaluates four rules in order, and the first match ends that tick. Rule 1 sells an existing YES position when the YES size is above zero and spot sits below the strike. Rule 2 sells an existing NO position when the NO size is above zero and spot sits above the strike. Rule 3 buys 50 YES when the BTC price and its 26-period 15-minute EMA are both positive, no position is open, spot is at least 25 above the strike, the EMA is at least 25 above the strike, the YES ask is between 0.45 and 0.65, fewer than 3 portfolio positions are held, no orders are working, the spread is 0.03 or less, and expiry is 2 to 5 minutes away. Rule 4 mirrors this for NO: 50 contracts when both price and EMA are positive, nothing is open, spot and EMA are each at least 25 below the strike, the NO ask is 0.45 to 0.65, portfolio positions are under 3, no orders are working, spread is 0.03 or less, and expiry is 2 to 5 minutes out. Entry orders use immediate-or-cancel, capped at one entry per market.
