This strategy trades Kalshi's KXBTC15M series, choosing the most liquid market, and checks conditions every 30 seconds using Coinbase BTC-USD price and its 26-period EMA on 15-minute bars. It evaluates four rules in order, stopping at the first match each tick. Rule 1 sells the YES side when a YES position is held and spot sits below the strike. Rule 2 sells the NO side when a NO position is held and spot sits above the strike. Rule 3 buys YES at size 50 when BTC price and EMA are both positive, no position is held, spot and EMA are each at least 25 above strike, the YES best ask is between 0.45 and 0.65, portfolio positions are under 3, no open orders exist, spread is at most 0.03, and time to expiry is between 2 and 5 minutes. Rule 4 mirrors this, buying NO at size 50 when spot and EMA are each at least 25 below strike and the NO best ask falls in the same price band. Position size is capped at 50 contracts, portfolio positions at 3, entries per market at 1, and prices between 0.46 and 0.64.
