On Kalshi's BTC 15-minute series, this strategy checks every 30 seconds and trades at most 50 contracts, with an overall cap of 3 open positions and a single entry per market. Its four rules run in order, and the first one that matches ends that tick. Rule 1 sells an existing YES position whenever YES size is above zero and spot sits below the strike. Rule 2 sells an existing NO position whenever NO size is above zero and spot sits above the strike. Rule 3 buys 50 YES only when both the BTC price and its 26-period 15-minute EMA are above zero, there is no position, spot and EMA are each at least 25 above the strike, the YES ask is between 0.45 and 0.65, fewer than 3 positions are open, no orders rest, the spread is 0.03 or less, and expiry is 2 to 5 minutes away. Rule 4 mirrors this for buying 50 NO when spot and EMA are each at least 25 below the strike and the NO ask is 0.45 to 0.65, under the same remaining conditions.
