This Kalshi strategy trades the most liquid KXBTC15M market, checking conditions every 30 seconds. Rules are evaluated top to bottom, and the first match ends that tick. Rule 1 fires when there is no position, 2 to 5 minutes remain, the 15-minute low is more than -25 relative to strike, spot is above strike, the YES best ask is between 0.05 and 0.95, spread is at most 0.03, and balance is at least 0; it buys YES for size 50. Rule 2 fires under the same position and time conditions when the 15-minute high is under 25 relative to strike, spot is below strike, the NO best ask is between 0.05 and 0.95, spread is at most 0.03, and balance is at least 0; it buys NO for size 50. Rule 3 cancels all resting orders when less than 2 minutes remain. Position is limited to 50 contracts with a 0.36 to 0.73 price band, one entry per market, $50 notional per market, a $25 loss halt on attributed inventory, and up to 3 portfolio positions.
