On Kalshi's KXBTC15M market (most liquid series), this strategy evaluates every 30 seconds and checks rules top-to-bottom, stopping at the first match. Rule 1 buys 50 YES when position size is zero, time to expiry is between 2 and 5 minutes, the 15-minute range low is more than -25 below the strike, spot is above the strike, YES ask is 0.05 to 0.95, spread is at most 0.03, and balance is at least 0. Rule 2 buys 50 NO under the mirror conditions: range high less than 25 above the strike, spot below the strike, NO ask 0.05 to 0.95, spread at most 0.03. Rule 3 cancels all resting orders when expiry is under 2 minutes. Position is capped at 50 contracts, YES price bounds 0.09 to 0.55, one entry per market, $50 notional per market, and a $25 max loss that halts and liquidates only this strategy's Kalshi inventory.
