This Kalshi strategy trades the most liquid KXBTC15M market and re-checks every 30 seconds using completed-candle BTC RSI from Coinbase. Rules fire top to bottom, first match only. Rule 1 sells everything if total unrealized loss is at or below -$25. Rule 2 sells the YES position if any is held and the 1-minute RSI is below 50; Rule 3 sells the NO position if any is held and that RSI is above 50. Rule 4 buys 10 YES only when flat with no working orders, fewer than 3 portfolio positions, 180 to 600 seconds to expiry, spread at most 0.03, YES ask between 0.30 and 0.70, the 1-minute RSI crossing above 60, and the 5-minute RSI above 50. Rule 5 mirrors this for NO: buy 10 when flat, same timing, spread and position-count limits, NO ask between 0.30 and 0.70, the 1-minute RSI crossing below 40, and the 5-minute RSI below 50. Position size is capped at 10 contracts, one entry per market, $10 notional per market, and a $25 loss halt limited to this strategy's inventory.
