This Kalshi strategy trades the most liquid KXBTC15M market, checking conditions every 30 seconds and reading completed-candle RSI values (1-minute and 5-minute) from Coinbase BTC-USD. Rules run top to bottom and the first match ends the tick: Rule 1 sells everything if unrealized P&L is at or below -25; Rule 2 sells YES while a YES position exists and 1-minute RSI is below 50; Rule 3 sells NO while a NO position exists and 1-minute RSI is above 50. Rule 4 buys 10 YES contracts only when flat with no orders, fewer than three portfolio positions, expiry between 180 and 600 seconds, spread at or below 0.03, YES ask between 0.3 and 0.7, 1-minute RSI crossing above 60, and 5-minute RSI above 50; Rule 5 buys 10 NO contracts under the same flatness, expiry, spread, and position-count gates, with NO ask between 0.3 and 0.7, 1-minute RSI crossing below 40, and 5-minute RSI below 50. Position size is capped at 10 contracts, one entry per market, and $10 notional per market; the $25 max-loss halt applies only to attributed Kalshi custom inventory.
