On Kalshi's KXBTC15M series, this strategy checks conditions every 30 seconds, tracking Coinbase BTC-USD price, its 26-period 15-minute EMA, and 1-minute velocity. Rules run top to bottom, first match wins. Rule 1 exits: if a position exists and unrealized PnL is at or below -25, it sells everything. Rule 2 buys 50 YES contracts when BTC price and EMA are both positive, spot sits above the strike while the EMA sits below it, short-term velocity is positive, no position or order exists, fewer than 3 portfolio positions are open, spread is at most 0.03, expiry is 2 to 5 minutes away, and the YES ask is between 0.35 and 0.65. Rule 3 mirrors this for NO when spot is below strike, EMA above, velocity negative, and the NO ask is 0.35 to 0.65. Position size caps at 50 contracts, with at most 3 portfolio positions and 1 entry per market; price bounds are 0.49 to 0.55.
