This strategy trades the most liquid KXBTC15M market on Kalshi, checking conditions every 30 seconds using Coinbase BTC-USD price, its 15-minute EMA, and one-minute velocity. It evaluates three rules in order, and the first one that matches fires and ends that tick. Rule 1 exits: if a position is open and unrealized loss reaches 25 or more, it sells everything. Rule 2 buys YES, size 50, only when BTC price and its 15-minute EMA are both positive, spot sits above the strike while the EMA sits below it, one-minute velocity is positive, no position or resting order exists, the portfolio holds fewer than 3 positions, the spread is at most 0.03, time to expiry is between 2 and 5 minutes, and the YES ask is between 0.35 and 0.65. Rule 3 buys NO under the mirror conditions: spot below the strike, EMA above it, velocity negative, and the NO ask between 0.35 and 0.65, with the same size, spread, timing, and portfolio gates. Entries are immediate-or-cancel and capped at one entry per market, and the position limit is 50 contracts.
