This strategy trades Kalshi's KXBTC15M series, selecting the most liquid market, and evaluates every 30 seconds. Rules are checked in order and the first match ends that tick. Rule 1: if it holds any position and unrealized loss is at or below -25, it sells everything. Rule 2 enters a YES position of 50 contracts when Coinbase BTC price and its 26-period 15-minute EMA are both above zero, spot is above the strike while the EMA is below the strike, one-minute velocity is positive, no position or resting order exists, fewer than three portfolio positions are open, spread is at most 0.03, expiry is 2 to 5 minutes away, and the YES ask is between 0.35 and 0.65. Rule 3 mirrors this for a NO position of 50 contracts when spot is below the strike while the EMA is above it, velocity is negative, and the NO ask is 0.35 to 0.65 under the same position, order, portfolio, spread, and expiry conditions. Entries are immediate-or-cancel, capped at one entry per market, with a 50-contract position limit; price bounds are 0.49 to 0.99.
