This strategy trades Kalshi's KXBTC15M series, picking the most liquid market, and checks conditions every 10 seconds. Rules run top to bottom and the first match ends the tick. Rule 1 skips whenever a position is open, time to expiry is under 2 minutes or over 6 minutes, or the spread exceeds 0.03. Rule 2 buys 10 YES contracts only when flat, spot distance from strike is positive, BTC one-minute velocity is positive, the YES best ask is at least 0.35 but below 0.5, expiry is between 2 and 6 minutes, and spread is 0.03 or less. Rule 3 mirrors this for NO: flat, spot distance negative, velocity negative, NO best ask at least 0.35 but below 0.5, expiry 2 to 6 minutes, spread 0.03 or less. Rule 4 cancels all orders while time to expiry is at least 0 seconds. Position limit is 10 contracts, YES price bounds are 0.45 to 0.9, and entries per market are capped at 1.
