On Kalshi's KXBTC15M market, this strategy evaluates every 10 seconds. Rule 1 first skips the tick if the position is not flat, if time to expiry is under 2 minutes or over 6 minutes, or if the spread exceeds 0.03. Rule 2 buys 10 YES contracts only when flat, when the observed BTC spot price sits above the strike, when BTC one-minute velocity is positive, when the YES ask is at least 0.35 and below 0.5, when time to expiry is between 2 and 6 minutes, and when spread is at most 0.03. Rule 3 mirrors this for NO: flat, spot below strike, negative velocity, NO ask at least 0.35 and below 0.5, same expiry window, spread at most 0.03, buying 10 NO contracts. Rule 4 cancels all resting orders whenever time to expiry is at least zero. Position limit is 10 contracts, price bounds are 0.2 to 0.6, and entries per market are capped at 1.
