If no position is open and the temperature is above 71, quotes are fresh, price is between 0.15 and 0.5, spread is at least 0.02, and more than 45 minutes remain, it buys 40 YES contracts. It cancels or sells on stale data, low temperature, thin spread, near expiry, price moves, or a small loss, capped at 100 contracts.
