It buys 40 YES at best bid plus a cent only if the observed temperature is above 71, data is fresh, price is between 0.16 and 0.49, spread is at least 0.02, and over 45 minutes remain; otherwise it cancels. It sells on a drop below a 3-dollar loss, near expiry, or a confirmed heat signal.
