This strategy trades Kalshi's KXBTC15M 15-minute Bitcoin market, evaluating every 10 seconds. It enters a 25-contract yes or no position if no position exists, contract price is between 0.40 and 0.82, spread is tight, and there are 3–12 minutes remaining, based on Coinbase BTC's 5-minute change and 1-minute velocity momentum (positive for yes, negative for no). Exits occur at 2 minutes to expiry, on a -25 unrealized loss, or on a +15 profit. Position size is capped at 25 per entry with an overall maximum of 50.
