This strategy trades the Kalshi Bitcoin 15-minute binary market. Every 15 seconds, it checks if Ethereum moves up while Bitcoin stays flat (buy NO) or Ethereum moves down while Bitcoin stays flat (buy YES), entering with 5 contracts if price conditions and time remain valid. It exits entirely when a $5 profit or $8 loss is reached, or with 2 minutes left until expiry.
