This strategy trades Kalshi's 15-minute Bitcoin market, evaluating every 15 minutes. It enters buy yes or buy no contracts based on Bitcoin's price relative to longer and shorter volume-weighted averages, recent momentum, and moving average crossovers, requiring contract prices between 15 and 85 cents and at least 4 minutes until expiry. Positions are capped at 5 contracts total, and it exits all when open profit reaches $5, loss reaches $8, or time left drops to 2 minutes.
