This strategy trades the KXBTC15M market on Kalshi every 45 seconds. It buys YES when Bitcoin's 5-minute change exceeds 0.5% and 1-minute velocity is positive, with price below 0.40, buying 3 contracts. It buys NO in opposite conditions when price is above 0.60. Positions are exited if the price moves beyond 0.35–0.65, PnL hits +3 or -5, or less than 2 minutes remain. Max position is 5 contracts.
