The strategy trades a 15-minute Bitcoin binary market on Kalshi, checking ETH and BTC Coinbase momentum every 15 minutes. It buys 'yes' when ETH rises and BTC lags, or 'no' when ETH falls and BTC lags, respecting price limits and time remaining. Positions are sized at $5 contracts up to a $25 total, and exits on $5 profit, $8 loss, or 2 minutes to expiry.
