This strategy trades the KXBTC15M market on Kalshi, evaluating new signals every 15 minutes. It enters by buying 'yes' when Ethereum shows strong upward momentum while Bitcoin lags, or buying 'no' when Ethereum falls and Bitcoin lags, provided prices are within set floors and ceilings and at least 4 minutes remain. Positions are limited to 5 contracts, and it exits on a 5-dollar profit, an 8-dollar loss, or when only 2 minutes remain.
