This strategy trades the KXBTC15M market on Kalshi, checking conditions every 15 minutes. It enters a yes position if Bitcoin shows a bullish pullback with price above the 24-hour average but below the 1-hour average, rising over the last 5 minutes, and short-term trends pointing up; it enters a no position on opposite signals. Each position is 5 contracts, capped at 25 total, and exits occur if profit reaches 5, loss hits -8, or under 2 minutes remain until expiry.
