This strategy trades Kalshi market KXBTC15M, checking every 10 seconds. It enters buying yes (size 5) if price ≤0.5 and Bitcoin's 12-EMA > 20-SMA and price > 50-SMA, or buying no (size 5) if price ≥0.5 and bearish conditions, only when no position and >2 min left. It exits when price ≤0.1 and <1 min left, or at 5s to expiry, selling all. Max position is 5 contracts.
