This strategy trades the Kalshi market KXBTC15M, evaluating every 15 minutes. It buys "yes" if the price is at least 0.8, Bitcoin's 1-hour change is 0.5% or higher, spread is 0.03 or less, and expiry is between 4 and 5 minutes away; it buys "no" under opposite conditions (price 0.2 or lower, Bitcoin change -0.5% or lower). Entries only occur when the current position is below 8 of the maximum 10 contracts, with each entry size 5 contracts. It exits all positions if unrealized profit reaches -$3 or less, or when expiry is 30 seconds away.
