This strategy trades the KXBTC15M market on Kalshi every 60 seconds. It enters a yes position of 5 contracts when Bitcoin's price crosses above its 1-hour volume-weighted average price and the market spread is under 3 cents, or a no position when price crosses below, provided no position is held. It exits entirely when the price crosses back across the average, and trades only at prices between 15 and 90 cents.
