The strategy trades the KXBTC15M Bitcoin market on Kalshi every 15 minutes. It buys 5 yes contracts when a fast average crosses above a slow one, or 5 no contracts on the opposite cross, but only if the spread is tight, more than 5 minutes remain, and no position is held. It sells everything if the averages cross back, fewer than 2 minutes remain, or unrealized losses hit -$5, with an overall cap of 25 contracts.
