On the Kalshi KXBTC15M market, the strategy evaluates every 45 seconds. It enters a yes position of up to 10 contracts when the market price is exactly 60 cents, the bid-ask spread is at most 3 cents, and Bitcoin's 5-minute change is positive. It exits all positions if unrealized profit reaches $3, loss reaches -$3, or less than 60 seconds remain to expiry.
