This strategy trades the Kalshi 15-minute Bitcoin market, checking every 15 minutes. It buys YES when Ethereum shows strong upward momentum but Bitcoin lags, and buys NO when Ethereum declines and Bitcoin lags, with a cap of 25 total contracts. It exits positions entirely if the unrealized profit reaches $5, loss hits -$8, or when under 2 minutes remain until expiry.
