This strategy trades the KXDOGE15M market on Kalshi, evaluating every 10 minutes. If the price is below 15 cents and no position is held, it buys a No share; if the price is above 85 cents and no position is held, it buys a Yes share. It exits entirely as soon as the price crosses above or below 50 cents, and holds at most one contract at a time.
