This strategy trades the KXETH15M market on Kalshi. It checks conditions every 60 seconds using Coinbase ETH price data. It buys one YES contract when ETH price is above its 1-hour VWAP, the 15-minute change exceeds 0.1%, and the market price is below 75 cents. It sells all contracts if ETH drops below VWAP or the market price rises above 85 cents, with a maximum position of 10 contracts.
