It buys 1 yes contract when Coinbase ETH price is above its 1-hour VWAP, the 15-minute change is above 0.1%, and the market price is below 75 cents. It sells all positions if ETH falls below VWAP or the market price exceeds 85 cents, and never holds more than 10 contracts.
