The strategy trades KXETH15M on Kalshi every 15 seconds. It enters long (buy yes) when Bitcoin 1-minute velocity ≥4.5, price above 1h VWAP, at least 7 minutes to expiry, and spread under 0.03, or short (buy no) on opposite conditions; each order is 5 contracts, with a maximum position of 25. It exits if Ethereum's 5-minute change exceeds ±0.3%, fewer than 2 minutes remain, or unrealized loss exceeds $5.

Methodology: Backtests replay supported historical market data, usually a 30-day Studio window, and evaluate strategy rules on the available cadence.
