This strategy evaluates the KXETH15M market on Kalshi every 15 minutes. It buys 5 yes contracts when Bitcoin’s 1-minute velocity ≥4.5 and price > 1h VWAP, with ≥7m to expiry and spread <0.03; it buys 5 no contracts on velocity ≤‑4.5 and price < VWAP, same conditions. It exits all on Ethereum 5m change beyond ±0.3%, ≤120s remaining, or unrealized PnL below -5. Position size never exceeds 5 contracts.
